1. Introduction

Thanks for choosing oiid. To provide you with the oiid Application (or "Application", both as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use, created by MusIT AS ("MusIT", "we", "us", "our"), you need to consent to the use of your information as explained in this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with these terms, then please don't use the Application. The Application provides multitrack songs and additional digital content through In-App-Purchase (IAP). This privacy policy governs your use of the software application ("Application") oiid on a mobile device or desktop computer.

2. Collection And Use Of Information

The Application may include links to third party services and/or the third party services may be made available to you via the Application. These services are subject to respective third party terms and conditions. Use of third party providers includes: Fabric Crashlytics (app crash reporting) Microsoft Windows Azure (cloud platform) Google Analytics (analytics) Our primary goals in collecting and using information are to provide and improve the Application, to provide you with a better experience with the Application. Automatically Collected Information – Google Analytics and Fabric Crashlytics are tracking anonymously in the Application the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application without any linking to your personal data. This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

3. Information Sharing Or Disclosure

In the event that we contract with a third party to provide some part of the service that you have requested or to assist us in analyzing our service or information collected about you, MusIT may provide your information to such third party, or such third party may collect information from you on our behalf. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of oiid or any third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable. In addition, we may disclose information to third parties in connection with a corporate re-organization, merger or amalgamation, or the sale of all or substantially all of our assets as far as allowed by applicable data protection laws.

What Are My Opt-Out Rights?

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application – You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

The Appliction does not store any User Provided data. If you have questions regarding Automatically Collected anonymous data, please contact us via email privacy@oiid.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.

4. Confidentiality And Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. We do not warrant or represent that your account or any of your information or end user information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of Automatically Collection information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
